Head of Laboratory (Fertilizer Department)
The Head of Laboratory (Fertilizer Department) is responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations of the fertilizer production facility. This involves ensuring the facilities are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all safety protocols and regulations are followed. The individual will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and methods of testing fertilizer products to ensure their quality. He/she will work with the production team to ensure the best practices are being followed and that the products meet all standards and specifications. The Head of Laboratory will also be responsible for the maintenance of laboratory equipment, and for the training of laboratory personnel.
Education: B. E /B.Tech (Chemical Engineering).
Experiance : 15 to 20 Years.
Preferable KBR Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fertilizer production lab
- Develop and implement new processes and methods of testing fertilizer products
- Ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and that all safety protocols are followed
- Maintain laboratory equipment and document all results
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the laboratory
- Train and supervise the laboratory personnel
- Ensure that the fertilizer products meet all standards and specifications
- Monitor the quality control process of fertilizer
