Job Description :
- Worked on Basic Detailed Engineering of LNG
- Must have handled various process activities for FEED and EPC projects
- Prepared Process Design Basis/Philosophies
- Prepared Heat and Material Balance (HMB) reports Developed Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PID), Material Selection Diagram (MSD)
- Pump Hydraulics Safety Valve Scenario Identification, Calculations using API 520/521, ASMEB 31 Section VIII standards and Datasheet preparation
- Prepared Process Datasheets and Instrument Datasheets
- Prepared Cause Effect (CE) Matrix and Control logic, Line List
- Interface coordination with client for the review of process engineering deliverables, other engineering disciplines
Qualification & Criteria :
- BE/BTech - Chemical Engineering
- 10 to 20 Years of Experience
- Must have handled various process activities for FEED and EPC projects
- Candidate shall have worked on all major process engineering activities and calculations
- Should have understanding of LNG and gas plants
