Description :

- Location will be Jorhat or Barmer.1 position each

- A well-rounded Petroleum Engineer with exposure to Well Interventions (Mainly Coil Tubing, SWT, or/and Wireline), Workovers and Artificial Lift Systems (SRP or/and ESP design and operations). Should have experience on Nodal Analysis and software, ALS design, Tubing stress analysis, stimulations. Good to have knowledge of production logging evaluation, through tubing applications. Minimum work experience shall be 10 years.

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Reporting to FDM Petroleum Engineering Mature Offshore Assets (Ravva and CBS-02).

- Lead the team to deliver petroleum engineering functional requirements as per the asset business plan

- Review completion, workover and well services programs for mature offshore field

- Review technical specification and technical evaluation of various equipment and services required for completion and well services activities

- Effectively liaise with stakeholders viz. Drilling, Subsurface and production

- Prepare short term and long term plan in accordance with the business plan

- Ensure the all the tendering and contracting process is aligned with the project delivery deadlines

- Encourage excellency in completion and well services job design and execution for offshore fields

- Ensure safety policies and guidelines are followed during all the operation

- 10+ yrs of experience in completion, workover, well services operations

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

- Proven experience in offshore operations is must

- Experience in mature field in an advantage

- Good understanding of process flow in E & P company

- Knowledge of following : 

- Completion Design

- Completion & Workover operations in offshore environment

- Well Stimulation / remedial treatment

- Coiled tubing and pumping operation on offshore platforms

- Intervention operations including slickline, Eline etc.

- Conversant with best industry practices

- Project management experience

- Leadership skills

Essential Skills :

- PE Experience with Well Intervention
