Physical Design Engineer (4-15 yrs)
Physical Design Engineers (PD)
Qualification : BSc/ Electrical engineering/CS engineering
Location : Bangalore and other locations
Experience : 4 to 15 years
Required Skills :
1. In Depth experience in PD Implementation & Signoff at block level at 16/7nm technology nodes.
2. Working experience in STA.
3. Required synthesis experience.
4. Good exposure in Floor planning, CTS, STA, Physical Verification.
5. Experience with Hierarchical design is a plus.
6. Working in ICC2/Innovis, STA, DRC/LVS, LEC.
7. Experience in power grid design.
8. Must be expertise in clock design and CTS.
9. Expertise in low power flow(power gating, multi-voltage, voltage island, dynamic voltage) is plus.
10. Programming experience in TCL, Perl is plus.
