Piping Design Engineer (2-6 yrs)
We are hiring for Piping design engineer
Experience: 2-6 years
Location : Bangalore
Designing Conceptual Piping model, layouts and P&ID's.
- Development of P&ID's (utility and gas), Piping GA drawings, Support details, Material take-off
- Understanding and generating the distribution flow chart for the water management
- Pump sizing on flow rates, head and pipe sizing as per the pressure drop calculation
- Designing in gas tubing and fittings.
- Developing Instrument Specification Sheets (ISS) in terms of piping classes, color coding, valve types and specialty items.
- Knowledge on Water management, Purified water generation and distribution systems,
- Calculating the Pipe size, pump flow and head with respect to number of user points and the pipe routing for the same.
- Preparing utility data sheets, Developing of P&ID- s, Pump flow& head calculations, Preparing piping layouts and selection of equipment's like cooling tower, chiller, Process
- Piping, Process drains, pipe rack support details, GA drawings & equipment's foundations approvals.
- Routing, Preparing Piping Tender Documents and Bill of quantity, material selection & specification for piping, fittings, strainers, filters, gauges, valves and other accessories.
