Piping Design Engineer (6-12 yrs)
- Preparation and review piping material standards and valve material standards and other piping relevant standards as per the particular project design requirement and standards and applying in the purchase requisition and in procurement activities for issuing the Purchase
- Preparation/estimation of the piping, fittings, valves material take off (MTO) and any special items for the assigned projects during the baisc and detailed engineering stages.
- Vendor package offer review/preparation of the Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for the initiating the procurement process.
- Vendor document/drawings review odf piping/fitting packages and giving manufacturing clearance.
- Review of 3D modeling of equipment and piping system of consultant for clash detection and correction going ahead of issuing the layouts and spool fabrication drawings (isometrics) to site team.
Educational Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical
- Overall responsible design engineer for all terminal piping, dock lines, cross country pipelines and associated valves, fittings etc
