Piping Design Engineer - Water Treatment Plant (7-12 yrs)
- In-depth understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) of water & wastewater treatment plant in Oil & Gas and non Oil& Gas industry.
- Able to produce 3D piping modelling using CADWorx Plant Professional software.
- Able to set up the spec, library file (CADWorx Plant Professional 2013 and earlier version) and project, catalog file (CADWorx Plant Professional 2014 and onwards version).
- Able to use isogen to set up the project manager or i-configure to generate isometric drawing.
- Issue the bill of material for piping plant.
- Able to work in both 2D and 3D platforms of AutoCAD, CADWorx Plant Professional software.
- In-depth knowledge of piping engineering detail design.
- Preparing detail piping sectional and skid drawing.
- Possess good knowledge of international codes and standards of piping material.
- Able to place piping support and pipe rack properly.
- Able to produce/check the General Arrangement Drawings, General Civil Foundation Drawings, Civil Requirement Drawings, Individual Equipment Foundation Drawings, Tank and Vessel Outline Drawings against the 3D model.
- Able to produce/check the pipe rack and pipe support detailed drawings against the 3D model.
- Organise and lead the internal 30%, 60% & 90% 3D Model Review between Singapore and India office.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with the Engineering Outsourcer on the drafting activities
- Work closely with the project lead engineer and project engineer/manager
- Delegate, manage, control and check the drafters- work in India office
Softwares- AutoCad 3D, Cadworx-Plant professional. ( essential) pref - cadworx 2016
Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical - 8 -9 -Yrs Exp or BE Mechanical - 7-9 years exp.
