Piping Designer - AutoCAD/PANT 3D (3-5 yrs)
JD - PIPING DESIGNER AUTOCAD PANT 3D
Requirements :
- Must have Diploma Mech. With 4-6 years or B.Tech. Mechanical with 3-5 years in Piping system designs and skid structural designs for Oil and Gas Industry. Experience in Paper Plant will be preferrable and added advantage.
- Must have working experience in - AutoCAD Plant 3D- for pipe routing.
- Experience in creating pipe spec in "Auto Cad plant 3D"
- Strong knowledge about Industrial Piping Standard, structural steels, welding and pipe fittings.
- Familiar with international design Codes like ASME and API is a Must
- Knowledge on CAESER II software's is added advantage.
- Must be very good in AutoCAD for 2D detailing. 3D knowledge is an added advantage.
- Should have the knowledge to read and implement P&ID.
- Knowledge in static and rotating equipment's.
- Should have good communication skill for technical & drawing related discussion with other department Engineers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Prepare below listed customer deliverables using "Auto Cad Plant 3D" Software
- Pipe spec based on the customer standard and specification
- Create custom catalogue items
- Piping layout 3D Model
- Piping General Arrangement and equipment layout drawings
- Piping Line isometric drawings and counter check those drawings
- Extract and counter check the Bill of materials
