Piping Designer/Design Engineer (8-12 yrs)
- Creating Piping, Equipment Modeling, Pipe rack, Platform, Raceways through SP3D software.
- Piping General arrangement drawings extraction from model. Isometric generation from Piping model
- Creating structural support, platform, Pipe rack by using Cad tool.
- Piping support fabrication drawing in AutoCAD
- Preparation civil guide drawing layout.
- Preparation of Plant layout, PFD.
- Will be part of a team accompanying an innovative project, reporting to the department manager/ team leader.
- 8-10 Plus years' experience as a piping designer/Engineer related to water and waste water treatment plants.
- Hands on experience in Auto CAD software is required
- Experience in, Auto Cad Plant 3D will be added advantage.
- Experience in water treatment Companies involving pipe and pipe support design, pipe rack design, isometric drawings check is preferred.
- Experience in Piping stress analysis through CAESAR will be an added advantage.
- Experience in site supervising and Piping Erection is desire.
- Experience in usage of various piping materials like CS,SS, PVC in piping design along with knowledge various international standards like ASME B31.3, ASME b16.5 and ASME B 16.9. and BS and DIN
- standards related to piping. Exposure to GRP piping design will be an added advantage.
