Piping Designer - Oil & Gas (5-10 yrs)
- Preparation of design and drawings as per codes and standards followed in oil and gas industry.
- Basic engineering, Detail Engineering and detailing study of plot plan, equipment layout.
- Preparation of piping isometric.
- Preparation of piping study layout. Pipe rack, Headers and Major Equipment.
- Developing drawings of Equipment layout, revamp layout.
- Preparation of preliminary valve & piping MTO.
- Preparation of final piping MTO. Preparation as built drawings.
- Preparation of 2D piping general arrangement drawings.
- preparation of equipment layouts, piping gad, nozzle orientation of equipment, support gad, isometrics using AutoCAD.
- Review of vendor data sheets and drawings as well as other departmental drawings and documents.
- Preparing as built drawings, P & I diagram, fabrication drawings.
Computer awareness -
- Basics, Microsoft Office, etc.
- knowledge of PDS, Micro Station, Smart Plant Review, Navisworks Review
- knowledge of AutoCAD (2d & 3d), Micro station.
- knowledge of SP3D, PDMS
