Job Title : Piping Engineer
- Reporting to Team Lead
- Role Creating Layout and Piping Design in Auto CAD Plant 3D
Experience : 3-5 years in Piping Drawings in Auto CAD Plant 3D: Isometrics, GA Drawing, Support Drawing modeling and drafting
Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- MS Office
General :

- Discipline, punctuality and honesty.
Knowledge : IS and ASME standards is a Must.
- Conversant in studying plant layout, equipment drawings, Floor Cut out, Detail drawings, Support Drawings, Bill of Material Calculation, Fasteners etc.
- Conversant with Engineering Drawings views, Welding Symbol
Job :
Duties/KRA :
- Preparation of Piping and pipe support modeling in Auto CAD Plant 3D
- Extraction of Line Lists, Valve Lists, Instrument Lists and BOMs etc.
- Preparation of Piping GA Drawings, Isometric Drawings and Pipe Support Detail Drawings in AutoCAD.
- Applies knowledge of standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, applicable codes and Vegazva policies and procedures
- Reviews design inputs in order to ensure consistency
- Preparation of Piping and Pipe Support BOM
- Participate in the periodic discussions with client for understanding the process requirements
- Knowledge of Piping Material Specification
- Knowledge of Pipe Support Standard
KPI :
- Timely delivery - As per agreed plan for each project + 10% deviation in duration
- Drawing Checking hours - Never to exceed allocated hours for any drawing
- Quality- 100%
- Zero comment from client side
Qualification Diploma : Mechanical 4-6 years experience
B. Tech. Mechanical 3-5 years experience
