Piping Head - Chemical Engineering Firm (18-20 yrs)
Position : Piping Head
Reporting to : Engineering Head
Qualification : BE/ B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical)
Experience : 18+yrs
- Basic & Detail engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning
Job Description :
- To lead a professional team of piping engineers comprising of layout and specification group, stress analysis and smart plant 3D administrator.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the piping team in engineering chemical, petrochemical complex.
- Plan piping engineering activities for different projects, organize qualified manpower and monitor progress and quality of piping design.
- Establish quality system for piping design, organize feedback and update systems & procedures.
- Interface with other engineering discipline in the process of plant design.
- Recruitment, orientation and training of piping staff.
- Should have excellent knowledge on codes, standard and software applicable to piping designs.
- Should have excellent communication and man management skill.
- Will report to Head of Engineering.
