Piping Lead - CAD (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Prepares and oversees work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Coordinates assigned engineering work with other project groups/disciplines. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations and bid summaries.
Software : SP3D, E3D, Caesar II, PDMS
- Current professional engineering license (PE) preferred
- Physical design experience for industrial facilities
- Highly Proficient with engineering software packages: SP3D, E3D, Caesar II, PDMS
- fervent curiosity in learning new software and applications
- Experience working in collaborative model environments (e.g. Navisworks)
- Experience in the management of Common Data Environments like BIM 360
- Experience leveraging laser scan or other data sets to inform design development
- Demonstrated experience in participating complex, multi-discipline programs/projects and CAD teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry (incl safety) standards (e.g. API, ASME)
- Interest in developing talented technical teams
- Able to lead engineering tasks with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Field construction and commissioning experience
