Piping Stress Engineer (3-12 yrs)
Position: Piping Stress Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Permanent
Mandatory: Atleast 2 projects in CAESAR II.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Standards like ASME B31.3, API 610, WRC 107. Worked on refinery, petrochemical and power projects.
- Well familiar with piping stress analysis part of piping engineering. And Performed Maximum of activities in piping stress analysis:
- Line modeling in CAESAR II,
- Equipment modeling in CAESAR II
- Load Case Preparation.
- Selection of type of supports to qualify lines in stress, loads on equipment, loads on structure.
- Use and selection of springs (VSH and CSH)
- Performed analysis of lines connected to Pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, turbines, air coolers etc.
- Support selection from support standard and fabrication sketch preparation of special supports.
- Flange leakage checking.
- Need to have minimum 3 to 4 years work Experience in CAESAR II in projects and able to act as a lead to the team members and train them on the same.
