- Sustain/implementation of robust Vendor Management and Vendor support system for PEL sites.
- Review the documents received from the outsourcing sites for technical aspects and documentation perspective.
- Perform vendor audit and audit of outsourcing sites.
- Perform periodic Vendor Performance Monitoring and Review to reaffirm qualified vendors and caution / deregister poor performers.
- Ensure that Vendor Management and Outsourcing Systems are in sync with current regulatory requirements and client requirements.
- Document data control related to Vendor Management Function.
