Digital Construction Engineer (On-site)

Location: Anantapur and Assam.

Type: Full-time

Overview:

- We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing team of Digital Construction professionals. We are seeking candidates who can deploy digital solutions on projects in India while working with teams on the ground to help improve their efficiency and performance.

- This role is a part of the functional team - Customer Support & Engineering - that drives the implementation of projects globally, as well as understands requirements to enable the research and development of the product forward with the technical team. This specific role is for the deployment of our expert team members on-site at a client project.

- This role demands a strong belief in the role of digital technologies & process improvement as a mandate to driving efficient delivery of projects in the construction industry. Your influencing skills to take others on this journey, including our supply chain, and a strong execution mindset to relentlessly pursue scale and replication in the ideas that work will add to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Core technical support for implementation on the project.

-Assist the project to leverage digital engineering & construction solutions.
 

- Supporting the client team on their project for implementation through:

- Project setup - Plan/Model import - Settings - etc.

Plan updates - Daily progress updates to be captured from site.

- Model linking for 4D visualization.

- Develop User-Guides /Reference Manuals.

- Execute Drone Flights and/or 360- Camera site capture.

- System training - Web and Mobile App.

- Leverage ongoing development and deployment of in projects and assets to improve participation and drive-up value in projects.

- Develop Specifications for Features for Technical Team.

- Assist Implementation Consultants in the team with Training & Support.

- Develop and share best practices, work processes, systems, and tools.

- Support Projects in India locally on site through active participation on the ground.

- Explore and leverage the deployment of digital tools on projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the Civil Engineering discipline or any other specialisation relevant to construction project management.

- Relative field experience in construction projects, preferably in multiple locations and cultural settings, with strong practical knowledge.

- Strong learning orientation & willingness to new ways of working.

- Excellent command over the English language.

- Knowledge of project design and delivery tools (BIM) and their interface with project systems will be an advantage.

- Expertise in MSP/P6/Asta/Vico and PowerBI dashboard building.

- Drone Pilot license (Good-to-have).
