Planning Engineer (3-10 yrs)
We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of works as per project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera (P6) or MS Project.
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity schedules.
- Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients for schedule updates.
- Track project milestones, resources, and critical path activities.
- Support cost and resource planning in coordination with project control teams.
- Maintain records of baseline programs, revisions, and as-built schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: 3- 10 years in planning and scheduling of civil / infrastructure projects (roads, buildings, bridges, etc.).
Software Skills: Primavera P6 / MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred).
Key Skills: Project Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Delay Analysis, Project Reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work underdeadlines.
