Planning Engineer (7-10 yrs)
1. Study of BOQ and Tender documents
2. Preparing and monitoring Project schedules/ bar chart in coordination with Project manager
3. Preparation of Logistic Plan in coordination with Project manager and Assistant project Manager.
4. Tracking of submitted bar chart weekly.
5. Finding the critical path in bar chart
6. Taking quantity from site billing engineer and prepare material and labour resources in time frame.
7. He must prepare long lead items while preparing bar charts.
8. Making revisions in master construction schedule as and when required.
9. Study all the drawings and list down deviated items consultation with Billing engineer and APM.
10. Prepare the cash flow.
11. Tracking of hindrances and report to Project Manager.
12. Preparation of budget which is need for Project and monitor the same.
13. Preparation of variation report with Billing Engineer.
14. Preparation of closure report at the end of the Project but document should be maintained from the start of project.
