LOCATION - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules (Level 3 & Level 4) using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, covering all phases from design to commissioning.

- Perform regular critical path analysis to identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective or acceleration measures.

- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, preparing weekly/monthly reports including S-curves, Earned Value Management (EVM), and forecast-to-complete metrics.

- Create and manage resource-loaded schedules, integrating manpower, equipment, and materials, while supporting cash flow projections in coordination with the Quantity Surveying team.

- Lead planning sessions and coordinate schedules with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, architects, fa- ade specialists, subcontractors, and vendors) for complex high-rise projects.

- Assess and incorporate schedule impacts of variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring updated baselines reflect approved changes.

- Provide expert delay analysis reports, identifying root causes and recommending mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines.

- Ensure all planning deliverables comply with contractual requirements, preparing detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity definitions tailored for high-rise construction.

- Maintain accurate documentation of baselines, revisions, progress data, and formal communications related to schedule impacts.
