Planning Engineer - Real Estate & Construction (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Planning Engineer Real Estate And Construction
Position Summary :
- You will have to manage Planning, Cost Variance Analysis, Risk Analysis, Project QS, Materials Management, DPR Preparation, Monthly Program, Bulk material scheduling, and Monthly Report Preparation.
- Female candidate only with MSP Software
- Experience is a must Qualification- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience :
- Should possess a minimum of 5 years of planning and 3-4 years of executive experience in large construction projects (preferably residential multistoried apartment complexes/townships).
- Experience in planning various activities of the projects, Resource planning, Cost planning & coordinating with all departments, micro planning of preconstruction and construction activities.
Critical Skills :
Hands-on experience in MSP, ASTA software Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning: DPR, Monthly Program, Bulk material scheduling, Monthly Report Preparation, three months look ahead program, Project Monitoring, Analyzing of Contract Documents, MIS etc.
- Risk analysis, maintaining the Hindrance register and Drawing register.
- Quantity Surveying (QS): Cross-checking of quantities from CAD/PDF drawings as per IS code guidelines for Client
billing and Sub-Contractor Billing, Evaluation & making action plans accordingly.
- DC and IDC analysis (Cost analysis) and Revenue Recognition of the project. The analysis is based on the Direct cost (Based on the B.O.Q) and Indirect Cost (Over Head Cost) of the project with revenue for the project.
- Monthly Sales Preparation & Taking cost provision against the un-booked cost to analyze profit and Loss. Resolve complex issues quickly.
- Rate analysis vendor and extra items.
- Vendor Finalization and Procurement of Services for the project up to Site level. (PRW and Specialized Vendors).
- Representing Clint and the consultant regarding drawing issues and site-related issues. Attending all internal and external meetings.
- Cost Controlling- to help the project continue profitability.
