Position Vacant : MANAGER - PLANNING
Education : B.TECH/B.E/DIPLOMA
Job Description/Responsibilities :
- Evaluating tender documents, drawings, schedules.
- Floating Inquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers.
- Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
- Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
- Assisting in compiling tenders.
- Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
- Vendor development, monitor new suppliers/vendors for quotations.
Desired Profile of the Candidate :
1. The candidate should possess good innovative, analytical & negotiating skills apart from good communication skills to interact with various vendors, suppliers, clients & consultants.
2. The Candidate should be result oriented and should have the ability to lead, Manage and influence vendors, clients & consultants in getting the materials at the best quality & price for betterment of our organization.
3. Also, Interested to handle sub-contracting Jobs will be an added advantage.
4. Proficiency in Computer knowledge is mandatory.
