Planning Manager - Construction Operations (6-12 yrs)
Planning Manager - Construction Operations :
Dhobhighat (Mahalaxmi) site :
Planning & scheduling :
- Preparation of construction schedule along with design schedule, contract & material procurement schedule, BOQ
schedule, Tender drawing schedule, Liasoning schedule etc.
- Monitoring : - Setting weekly target for execution team & Reviewing
- Project progress - Plan v/s Actual as per Construction Schedule
- Co-ordination :
- Identifying bottlenecks in Project progress & coordinating with concern agencies/ department to solve the bottlenecks
- Cash flow
- Preparation of cash flow of all projects & actual payment against projected cash flow
- MIS :
- Preparation & implementation of MIS report (daily, weekly, monthly) as per company format. Tracking of baseline in MSP
- Material tracking:- Preparing material procurement planning, linking project requirements & deliverable
- Taking progress review meeting at the site along with sub-contractors.
- Conducting HOD meetings on Progress
- Having in-depth knowledge of soft skills PPT preparation
- To carry out other tasks as assigned by the seniors from time to time.
- Knowledge of MS project
