Planning Manager - High Rise + Mivan (7-15 yrs)
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
1 Provide all relevant data for preparation of detailed plan and schedule for the projects in terms of material, Indenting, manpower scheduling, equipment hiring for the project.
2 Assist the Planning Manager in preparing the sequence of work items. Working out Manpower, Materials, Cash flow & discussing procurement with Project Managers.
3 To verify material procurement is as per plan through approved vendors and approved quality.
4 Regular visit to site with Planning Manager to monitor quality.
5 Ensure availability of labor at site as per planned schedule
6 Keeping track of whether projects are correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) for achieving timelines
7 Assist in obtaining and maintaining all required documentation like NOC, certificates received from time to time from different departments.
8 Coordinating with consultants (Arch/ structural / interior/ liaison, etc) as and when required.
9 To visit sites and provide reports to the planning manager about various activity at site..
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Qualifications :
Essential: BE in Civil Engineering
Essential
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar industry
