Position: Plant Chemist:-
Role /Responsibilities:-
- This role involves carrying out all quality related activities like checking of Process samples, incoming material and finished products. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting for final products that are found defective or out of specification through chemical & instrumental analysis.
- Quality checking of all the finished products (packaging material & edible oil) as per FSSAI
- Quality control to achieve quality parameters with minimum losses and implementation of HACCP and food safety in refining process,
- Preparation of food safety manual and day to day reporting of production and operations to the management.
Desired Profile:-
- Experience in edible Oil industry with main focus into Vanaspati (vegetable Oil) and Rice Bran Oil.
- Good functional knowledge of handling day to day operations, evaluating in-place systems, processes & procedures but also involved in providing inputs to streamline these processes.
Skills:-
Quality control, Quality Assurance, technology implementation, manpower management, food safety implementation, HACCP Analysis for food products.
Education: B.S Chemistry, Post Graduate and added advantage.
Place of Posting: - Howrah (Kolkata) - Plant
Minimum years of experience required are 4 years and maximum 10 years.
