- We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead and manage overall manufacturing operations within a high-performance industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of production activities, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining quality standards, and achieving operational targets aligned with business objectives.

- The Plant Head will plan, coordinate, and supervise manufacturing functions including production, machinery, processing, painting, and dispatch. Responsibilities include ensuring production schedules meet plant capacity and customer requirements, monitoring inventory and material availability, and maintaining quality across all stages of operations. The role also focuses on cost control, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational expenses.

- This position requires strong leadership in managing plant teams, ensuring optimal manpower deployment, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance. 

- The Plant Head will establish documentation systems, maintain records for audits, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions when required. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and internal policies is a critical part of the role.

- Candidates should hold a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership. Strong knowledge of production planning, cost management, and process optimization is essential. Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills are required to drive operational excellence.
