Plant Head (10-21 yrs)
- The incumbent will be Profit Centre Head and must be in a position to take care of day to day production, maintenance & Quality in addition to attending customer complaints.
- He should be in a position to implement proper systems, Cost reduction / control in addition to take care of new projects like PVD etc.
- Maintaining good relationship with the customers is an important requirement.
- Also, he should be conversant with statutory rules and regulations like factory act, Pollution Control, labor related issues etc.
