Plant Head (10-30 yrs)
Role : Manage the entire dairy plant - from milk processing to packaging - ensuring daily targets, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Duties : Lead all departments, maintain machines, manage raw materials & logistics, ensure compliance (FSSAI/HACCP), control budget, improve processes, and track KPIs.
Qualifications : Bachelor- s/master's in mechanical/Dairy/Food Tech or related; MBA preferred; 10- 15 yrs plant ops, 5+ yrs leadership.
Skills : Strategic thinking, quality & production management, ERP, leadership, regulatory knowledge.
KPIs : Production targets, reduced downtime, quality, cost control, safety compliance.
