Plant Head, individually managed the whole plant operation.

- Ability to interface well with executive leadership down to shop floor employees.

- Should have an interactive leadership style that values team oriented cultures.

- Responsible for ensuring plant profitability as well as ensuring that performance & production goals are achieved.

Job Description :

- Monitor Daily output to remedy shortfalls in Quality, Cost & Delivery Schedules.

- Productivity, OEE, FTQ & Scrap Improvements

- Ensuring Statistical Process Control Studies for Key Processes.

- Deployment of Production Objectives and Monthly Monitoring of Allocated Budget.

- Create awareness for the safety of men, materials and machines

- Implementation of safety Policies and safety gears.

- Bring about improvement to increase safety standards.

- In house Rejection Analysis.

- Deviation Handling and Management of Quarantined Product (Authorization for Rework). NC management and abnormal situation handling.

- Scrap analyses and reduction.

- Identify training needs for Asst Production Managers and supervisors.

- 5S/ Kaizen / TPM in Shop Floor.

- Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.

- Prepare & ensure policies, procedures for both Internal & external audience are implemented.

- Identification and evaluation of Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard-Risk.

- EMP, SMP and Operational control implementation over identified significant environmental aspects and unaccepted Risks.

- To ensure as internal review / auditor member for QSHE Improvements.

- To comply applicable legal and other requirements.

- To achieve KPI of all dept
