Plant Head - Automotive (10-20 yrs)
We are looking for plant Head. Following are the criteria and responsibilities :
Criteria :
- Someone who knows Kannad Language
- preferred will be from Automotive Industry.
- Good exposure in plant operations.
- Someone from TIER 1 Company (Auto components manufacturing)
Responsibilities:
- Manpower Utilization up to 90 % and Manpower Reduction Plan Execution.
- Capacity Utilization to achieve 85 % Efficiency
- Material Handling system improvement
- Spend time in shop floor to eliminate the inefficiencies in Man, Machine, Methods, Materials & Money wastage
- Identify/Execute the areas of In house Rejection
- Scrap Reduction Plan & Disposal System
- RMC and Scrap Analysis Report generation & corrective measures
- Reduction of In-Plant Process related wastage
- Analyzing design-related wastage
- Manufacturing Cost Analysis
- Annual Operating Plan Execution/Reporting
- Ensuring Healthy Employer relations
- Identifying Development Needs and ensuring Development plans
- Identifications & Prevention of Minor/Major Accidents
- Develop the culture of safe practices
