Plant Head (BOPP Manufacturing)
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety, ensuring efficient and profitable operations. Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing daily operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, minimizing waste, and enhancing efficiency.
- Ensuring all products and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing machinery maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and implementing preventative maintenance plans.
- Implementing and maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring and controlling production costs, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Building and mentoring a motivated workforce, fostering growth and collaboration, and conducting performance reviews.
- Collaborating with sales, supply chain, and other teams for effective production scheduling, raw material procurement, and product delivery.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of operations, including process optimization and waste reduction.
- Developing and executing plans and strategies to achieve production, quality, and dispatch targets, as well as contributing to long-term business goals.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies.
- Driving product innovation and aligning operations with evolving market demands.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE with 20 -25 years a strong understanding of BOPP film manufacturing processes is essential.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are crucial. Age not more than 50.
3. Strong desire for plant management experience in 24/7 operations.
4. Must have a thorough knowledge of best-in-class manufacturing methods (Lean, Six Sigma, RCFAM, etc.).
5. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to supervise and manage others, and the ability to foster open communication in an environment of high growth and innovation.
6. Demonstrated strengths in achieving challenging goals, effectively communicating at all levels, seeking out and valuing other's expertise and opinions, and pursuing cooperation and consensus within and across organizations.
7. Knowledge of quality systems, ERP systems, and relevant industry standards is expected.
