Plant Head - Chemicals (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for designing process and systems for all aspects of production, quality assurance, filling, dispatches and maintenance activities
- Final authority on driving all process and systems pertaining to manufacturing activities
- Responsible for meeting customer requirements of products supplied. This includes supply of consistent quality meeting customer said and unsaid needs and meeting delivery schedules.
- Drive efficiency measures identified by the company on continued basis
- Engage team members in awareness enhancing programs, identify training needs for the team and impart training either in-house or through external resources
- Responsible for proper maintenance of all equipment, testing instruments and materials
- Responsible for compliance to statutory requirements concerning labor force
- Drive quality initiatives like 5S and safety
- Knowledge of ISO Audits pertaining to factory, Kaizan, TPM, TCM.
Education : BSc. (Chemistry) or Chemical Engg. And MBA in operations or Productions
Additional details : Looking for a candidate from Paint or Chemical Manufacturing Industry
