Job Description : Plant Head - Home Appliances (HARIDWAR)
- Looking after overall Production of 7 Lac units Production Per Annum and exposure in Operation & Maintenance of Medium Size Home appliances factory.
- Ability to handle workforce of 250 with 6 departmental Incharges
- Proven work experience as a plant manager and exposure to dealing with local government bodies
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
Salary : INR 12,00,000 - 15,00,000 PA.

Qualification : B. Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization
Experience : 15~20 Years
