Job Description :

- You should be good in man-management to ensure smooth operations of plant

- Experience in production,planning, plant operations, maintenance and product development.

- Well versed with Plant Operations, Strategic Planning,Project Management, Vendor Management, Cost Reduction, Man Management, and Quality Control

- Monitoring and overseeing of each department in the Units.

- Supervising entire plant operations as Plant Operation Head

- Spearheading business plan preparations and ensuring 100% adherence to same

- Maintaining online QMS keeping plant all time presentable to any internal external audits

- Providing suggestions for the modifications to existing quality standards to achieve optimum quality

- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget

- Focusing on optimization of process parameters, initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity targets

- Planning & implementing preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of utilities for improving overall reliability and safety

- Allocating equipment, scheduling maintenance and coordination with other Service Departments

- Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps, take corrective measures & reduce equipment downtime

- Completing the external (full system) audits / assessment audits on suppliers / sub-contractors to measure and ensure adherence to ISO requirements and to establish QA Standards for suppliers / sub-contractors management
