Plant Head - Consumer Durables (15-25 yrs)
Our client is looking for a Senior professional in Plant based at Hyderabad, The Location of the Plant is 50 Kms away from Hyderabad.
Background of the client : It's one of the leading consumer company having 2 factories in Hyderabad, The company has an extensive network of warehouses and regional offices across the country to help it reach its customers.
Position : Plant Head
Reporting to : Director
Location : Hyderabad (Telangana)
Job Role :
- The incumbent should have strong leadership skills and should be able to manage big team, You will be in charge for the Factory Operations (It includes Production / Logistics / Quality, Man Management, Vendor Management etc)
- The Job involves of Spearheading the function of entire technology, machinery & utilities by adopting modern methodologies complying with quality standards.
- Developing lifecycle sustainability plan and formulating engineering support requirements.
- Exhibiting attentive regard of administrative detailing, developing operational policies and introducing process improvements for total quality management.
- Conceptualizing & implementing operating procedures to optimize resource/capacity utilization in overall process Coordinating with Quality Assurance, providing guidance to the operations team on key equipment readiness parameters like reliability, MTTR/MKBF, modularity, digitization, standardization, operational availability besides maintainability and test-ability parameters.
- Coordinating with customers in case of new quality requirements and implementing the same in the process.
- Ensure Zero Complaints, ensuring On-time Delivery nearing 100%, ensuring all Compliances, being more cost-competitive, and with consistent and enhanced production capacities)
Skill Sets my client is looking for : Leadership Qualities, IT Skills & Good Communication.
Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical (or) Electrical (or) Instrumentation ) any will do.
