Plant Head - Dairy Products Manufacturer (10-20 yrs)
We are looking for Plant Head for our leading client dealing & manufacturing Dairy products based in Southern India .
Position : Plant Head
Job Location : Uppal ( Near Hyderabad )
Educational Qualification : BE Dairy / Food Technology /Mechanical or Production with minimum 10 years relevant industry experience in Dairy /Milk products etc .
Major Job outline:
- Overall responsible for all Production activities, Projects, Process Improvements, Cost control, Health /Safety & Assurance activities of this Unit .
- Responsible for preparing annual Buget & Overhead control for the units .
- Responsible for all Focussed Improvement Projects & Continual improvement projects for this unit.
- Responsible for implementation of 5S & TPM in this unit .
- Optimization of operational parameters to maximize product quality and output
- Operational Problem Solving using Go-See-Think-Do and DMAIC tool
- Commissioning of new installations, machines and equipments
- Continuous Improvement & Waste Reduction (TIMWOOD) Studies
- People Management, coaching & development
- Allocation & management of resources to achieve production targets
- HACCP, QMS, GMP & ISO Implementation
- Facilitate & Coordinate with Group Technical Team on Product & process Improvements, New product developments (NPDs), Projects & Audits in line for the unit .
