Plant Head/Factory Manager - Detergent Powder (12-20 yrs)
Our client is a top FMCG Company in India with a turn over of 7000 crores.
Position vacant : Plant Head / Factory Manager
Qualifications : Bsc / Msc / MBA / BE Food Technology/Mechanical
Locations : Aurangabad, Raipur, Roorkee & Alwar
Positions vacant : 4 positions each location
Mandatory requirements :
- Candidate should be from Detergent powder and cake manufacturing background.
- Production Background is must
- Good in handling entire plant operations(Min 400 Employee)
Job Responsibilities :
1) Will be responsible for the entire operations of the manufacturing plant. This includes the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times.
2) Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3) Monitor production to resolve issues.
4) Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
5) Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
6) Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
