Plant Head - Frozen Food (10-18 yrs)
Job Description :
We are hiring for Plant Head for one of the leading Frozen Foods Company based out of AP.
Job Role :
- Verifying the supply against the Buyers Order Specification.
- Verifying the Grade, Count, Weight, Quantity & Quality of each Block.
- Managing the whole production team in such a way to get maximum output.
- Good knowledge about import standards of various countries.
- Involved in Individual Quick Freezer (IQF) process for each individual piece.
- Generating reports like Pre-processing Quantity, Processing Load, Supply Details, and Stock Details etc, on Daily basis.
- Involved in Quality Audits at the factory.
- Ensuring the quality of packing material including labeling.
- Sound knowledge in HACCP, GMP, SOP, SSOP etc.
