Plant Head - Manufacturing (10-18 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1) Should be acting as a plant head in complex environment.
2) Demonstrate execution ownership in driving fulfilment of multiple business orders in a dynamic product manufacturing environment, taking into consideration Product Quality, fulfilment Costs and timelines
3) Must be adept in Supply chain, quality, best in class manufacturing systems, new product introductions and vendor development
Requirements :
1) 10+ years of relevant experience with proven excellence in dynamic manufacturing environment, New product Introductions, engineering process handover, Budgeting, Change Management, People Management, stakeholder management etc.
2) Someone who has scaled the manufacturing set up or brought transformations like conversion into a profit centre etc.
3) Engineering (mandatory) & MBA (preferred) from a reputed institution
