6) Responsibility:

- The candidate responsible for planning / Production / Sales / Export / Marketing/ Profit / Expansion / Purchase.

- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers- expectations

- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

- Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

- Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments

- Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.

- Boosted company revenue & enhanced the organization's reputation and overall in all aspects of running the company including admin / legal etc.

- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, manage documentation, coordinate logistics, and maintain customer relations for efficient and quality product export.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for plant capacity growth, manage projects, secure regulatory approvals, and engage stakeholders.

- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, control costs, and ensure timely procurement of quality materials.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.

- Work with product development teams to ensure that the company's offerings meet market demands.

- Provide feedback from customers to drive product improvements and innovations.
