Plant Head - MNC Process Industry (14-18 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing all activities of plant, including P&L
- Monitoring, meeting budgeted production
- Responsible for all Statutory Compliances @ Plant Level
- Spearheading activities related to Plant KPIs,
- Procurement of RM,PM, engineering spares
- Continuous improvement, 5S, Kaizen,7 QC tools, TPM
- Employee development and performance management
- Managing a plant size of 1000 nos
- Reporting to Manufacturing Head @ H.O
Candidate Requirement :
- BE in Chemical / Production
- From any Manufacturing / Process Industry
- Candidates From - North India Location Only Preferred
