Plant Head - Operations (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
Our client is one of the leading engineering companies in India and has been serving a plethora of clients from various industries viz. Power, Mining, Cement & Steel.
Currently we are seeking applications for Plant Head/Head Operation position to be based in Baramati.
JOB ROLE :
1. Should be able to take people along and should be assertive to inculcate systems and value.
2. Should be able to formulate Production/ Manufacturing process/policies.
3. Take steps to increase productivity, minimize cost and maintain quality standards.
4. Responsible for production output, quality and timely delivery.
5. Utilize resources fully and responsible for the implementation of safety norms and adhere to safety procedures.
6.Ensure statutory norms with regulation are followed, initiate welfare activities and bring discipline in the system of inventory control and keep HO informed about activities on day to day basis.
Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
