Plant Head - Pharma Manufacturing (20-25 yrs)
Our client is an Indian Pharmaceutical (multi national ) company looking for a plant head with 20 to 25 years of working experience in pharma manufacturing.
1.Production monitoring with consistent quality on daily basis with utilization of resources efficiently.
2.Ensure investigation of deviation and OOS done with in stipulated time with appropriate CAPA.
3.Guide different teams in there respective function.
4.Review of plant status to ensure plant is all time ready for regulatory audit.
5.Ensure statutory compliance
6.Ensure sustainability of plant with respect to quality, safety, health and hygiene.
7.Prepare monthly report and to present them.
8.Ensure pre-decided goals are achieved.
9.Should handle domestic and international regulatory audit.
10.Ensure employees were trained and retained adequately.
Desired Profile :
Education - B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience - Minimum 20 years experience, out of which last 5 years of deputy plant head and working for pharma manufacturing.
