Note - Candidates must be from consumer durable companies only (Samsung, Godrej, Panasonic, LG, Haier, Daikin, Havells)
Duties and Responsibility :
- Performance Objective
- Meet Customer requirement
- Smooth co-ordination with PPC team & Production
- Future Capacity Planning and automation
- Plant Efficiency
- Upgradation of manufacturing facility
- Continues improvement related to cycle time & Material Yield.
- Minimum material wastage
- Customer Rejection & Complaints
- Internal Rejection at all levels (LQC, OQC, PDI)
- Implementation of ISO standards
- Material Accountability
- Physical Vs Actual
- Timely co-ordination with purchase for shortages as per plan
- Proper implementation of preventive/Predictive maintenance of Machines, Assy Lines and Moulds
- Minimum Breakdowns
- Manufacturing cost reduction
- Regrind material consumption/Material that can be reused
- Customer Ratings
- Performance Management of Employees
- Industrial Relation
- Maintain Proper 5S & 3R
- ERP Adherance
