Plant Head - Production - Dairy (10-15 yrs)
Experience : 10.0 - 15.0 Years
Strong experience in People Mgmt, Administration, Compliances, Maintenance, EHS etc
At least 3 yrs of exp working in a Dairy plant
Responsibilities :
- Planning : Review the volume projections and devise the budgetary requirements.
- Production : Ensure delivery of production volume as per defined timelines.
- Review production performance on various defined key performance indicators and carry out smooth and continuous production.
- Administration : Handle entire factory administration, Labour management, employee issue, Vendor Management, Policy Implementation.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas of possible improvement in the current manufacturing process and ensure the overall quality improvement of processes and systems at the plant.
- Maintenance Management : Ensure functionality and reliability of all utilities, line repairs and maintenance and budget on a periodic basis.
