Plant Head/Production Head (6-12 yrs)
Production Management:
- Plan, schedule, and execute production activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor daily manufacturing operations for efficiency and output.
- Ensure optimal use of resources including manpower, machines, and materials.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports.
Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for inspections and audits.
- Resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the production team including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Develop skill enhancement plans and training programs.
Material & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely availability of materials.
- Oversee inventory control and minimize material wastage.
Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with design, project management, and client servicing teams for smooth production execution.
- Support in resolving on-site or client-facing manufacturing challenges.
Maintenance Oversight:
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are adhered to.
- Minimize downtime and maintain plant machinery health.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and monitor plant safety policies and procedures.
