- To execute the purpose of manufacturing Newsprints Duplex Board and producing Writing and printing paper by recycling waste paper, as Public Limited Company we established Rama Paper Mills Limited in 1985 a massive futuristic Industrial Complex rising from a patch of attractive piece of land here at Kiratpur, Distt. Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh.
- The company is professionally managed by a well qualified, highly knowledged, truly motivated and well experienced personnel . Its workforce comprising of 700 skilled, semi skilled and unskilled people.
Job Details :
- Overall responsibility to quality and production functions and re-winder & finishing house
- Day to day production planning to meet company targets
- Monitoring daily input with optimum utilization
- Motivation of staff and workers in all respects & improvement in skills
- Create awareness in all respects with workers
- Maintained good industrial relation in all the respects
- Technological innovation & focus on environment.
- Optimizing equipment efficiency
- Ensure compliance to all budgets and manage communication for all management and supervise performance for same.
- Prepare sectional reports detailing production levels, raw material usage, down time and efficiency
- Coordinate with engineering department to improve the reliability of paper and pulp machine
- Proactive approach & decision making, good paper manufacturing technical knowledge
- Capability to coach employees & train them for increasing their productivity
- Assess them on weekly/monthly basis in terms of performance & deliverable
- Ensure smooth plant functioning and keeping check on any kind of nuisance within the plant and resolve the concern
- Keeping track of all procurement needs and monitoring the timely closure
- Should have knowledge on working on software and automation driven process
- Must be efficient in managing all units in the plant and strong hold in terms of reporting
Qualifications :
