Job Purpose

To drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. To develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

1. To Setup/implement and monitor the Plant's annual budget and control.

2. To review and monitor daily operations of the plant activities, observing departments to make sure they are running smoothly and efficiently.

3. To Review & Monitor Well-implementation of all systems such as quality system, production management system and other policy /procedures.

4. Be sufficient to solve all the problems, Keep a close contract with all the functions within the production side to make sure all the tasks are done well and no production and productivity problem. managing daily operations control to make sure achieve all the KRAs.

5. Establish manufacturing goals, objectives, standards and processes towards maximum performance of equipment, personnel, utilities and materials transformation. Leading, driving departs to improve company image in both customer and employee aspect by quality system, EHS, and QCDD.

6. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, healthy plant environment.

7. Keep a close contact with local government and follow local regulation and national laws along with HR.

8. To ensure that all standards yields are maintained by the section and report on variations, if any, and take appropriate corrective actions.

10. Working on new project reports and preparing project requirements and predicting their capacity for long term plans of the organization.

11. Implementation of new upcoming projects and establishing them to the top management's satisfaction.

12. Coordinating with team in Carving out the most cost effective & cost saving plans, w.r.t. comparative data available from competitors and between the plants Co-ordination of cost saving guidelines & methods in all the plants & areas, and assessment of actual cost saving implemented.

13. Improvement in manufacturing technology, as we need to improve upon our existing manufacturing technology to match the updated technology available in the world. Discussion and preparation of CG purchases for plant and equipment and finalization of the order.

Functional/ Technical Skills required :

- Knowledge of operations and manufacturing process

- knowledge of finance

- Managerial Skills capability of Decision making, HR Knowledge, Team Building, Market Knowledge, develop sub-ordinates by training
