- Effective implementation of Code of Conduct of company.

- Business expansion & New OEM Customer addition.

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring better overall plant efficiency.

- Continuously improving productivity and quality norms.

- Man, material and resource planning and its allocation.

- Reducing/Managing operations cost to improve profitability.

- Adherence to customer delivery/quality requirements.

- To reduce overall inventory.

- To ensure no customer/supplier complaints and highest vendor rating scores.

- To ensure higher employee satisfaction.

- To comply with all the legal and statutory rules and regulations.

- To implement TS/ ERP as per plans.

- To use TPM as tool to achieve operation excellence and prepare for the journey towards TPM excellence award.

- Timely and qualitative development and set up of facilities for new parts /products.

- To get plant performance reviewed with the MD.

- To ensure plant Safety/Health and Environment for man/materials/machines.

- To ensure team building and inculcating positive approach.

- To implement an effective performance management and development system to ensure accountability and efficiency at all levels.

- To implement Code of conduct of the company in effective manner.

- To add new OEM customer with a minimum potential of 25Cr.
