Plant Head/Works Manager - Electrical Components (10-20 yrs)
Job Title / Designation - Plant Head / Works Manager, Pune
- The Organization Our client is a UL certified leading manufacturer of Electrical Components in India.
- This group has state-of-the-art plant & machinery with an installed capacity of 200 million nos. p.a.
- The Quality Management Systems are certified under ISO 9001:2008. All electrical components conform to the latest specifications.
- The group is the market leader in India and it markets its components directly to OEMs and through a network of dealers all over India.
The Role and Skill sets required :
- Responsible for efficient and economical management of the company.
- All functions other than Marketing & Finance.
Reporting to MD :
1. Handling operations of an organization of 100 cr turnover.
2. Age : Around 30- 40 years
3. Education : B.E/B.Tech - Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, MBA preferable but not necessary
4. Proven working experience of 4 to 5 years as Manufacturing Plant Head
5. Handling SCM Operations
6. Handling QA/QC Operations
7. Scaling up of Operations
8. Minimum 200 number of Workers management
