Position: Plant Incharge - Coatings Division

Experience Required: 10+ years

Industry Preference: Paints, Coatings, Chemicals, or related manufacturing industries

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Incharge for our Coatings Division, responsible for managing the complete operations of a manufacturing plant with an approximate production capacity of 200 tons per month. The ideal candidate must come from the paints, coatings, or equivalent chemical industry and possess strong operational leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end operations of the coatings manufacturing plant.

- Ensure smooth functioning of production processes to meet the monthly capacity of 200 tons.

- Manage manpower planning, production scheduling, and daily operational workflows.

- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

- Lead and guide production teams, technicians, and plant staff.

- Monitor raw material planning, inventory levels, and coordination with procurement.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

- Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment in coordination with the maintenance team.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.

- Resolve operational issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of batch processes, formulations, mixing, and coatings production.

- Proven experience in leading manufacturing teams and managing plant operations.

- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume production environments and meet output targets.

- Knowledge of quality systems, EHS standards, and statutory requirements.
